MEET THE MAKER

My mother was a Home Ec. teacher and taught me to knit, crochet, cook and sew when I was really young. Growing up on a small island in southeast Alaska where there weren't any movie theaters or shopping malls, you tend to immerse yourself in hands-on projects and the outdoors. 

I seem to have multiple projects going on at once and my hands are always moving. I like to create and have always gifted handmade items. I also like to take ideas from customers and make unique and custom items for others. Being born and raised with the sea and mountains literally steps outside my childhood home, I am inspired easily by nature and travel.  I also love to play with color, especially color combinations that I don't usually work with.

I appreciate every sale and custom order as these items not only fuel my passion for creating, but make others happy too.
